UDC-2458 is an outdoor, TDD up/down converter to translate popular
2.4GHz spread spectrum signals up to the less crowded 5.8GHz band.
The UDC-2458 also provides amplification to extend wireless coverage
range to over 10 miles.
Together with a standard 802.11b WLAN AP or Bridge, the UDC-2458 can
work in either point-to-point or point-to-multipoint mode. This provides
a wireless ISP the lowest equipment cost yet most efficient time-to-market
operation. No user adjustment, no configuration and no provisioning
is required, the UDC-2458 is the easiest to install among its league.
